Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience
Experience in residential & commercial projects will be considered an advantage
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet project deadlines
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities
Ensure project execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel
Conduct site measurements and verify quantities
Prepare daily and periodic site progress reports
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and construction guidelines
Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and documentation
