We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of software systems supporting our logistics and fintech operations. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to test complex, interconnected systems and ensure accurate functionality across supply chain, payments, and reporting modules. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining high software quality in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Your roles & responsibilities:

• Design, write, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for UI, API, and integration testing.

• Execute test cases for web and mobile applications.

• Perform API, performance, and system integration testing.

• Identify, document, and track defects clearly, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

• Prepare test reports, process documentation, and maintain QA-related documentation.

• Ensure adherence to QA best practices, project standards, and process-driven delivery.

• Conduct smoke, regression, functional, and other required quality assurance testing.

• Perform end-to-end testing across the supply chain ecosystem, validating data flow from procurement and warehousing to final delivery.

• Execute rigorous testing for financial systems, including transaction processing, payment gateways, and ledger accuracy.

• Develop and execute automated test scripts for both web and mobile applications.

• Conduct API testing using Postman or similar tools.

• Perform security validation and risk assessment in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

• Maintain high quality standards and composure during tight release cycles and hotfix scenarios requiring rapid turnaround.

• Prioritize testing efforts based on business impact, ensuring critical flows for money movement and logistics are robust and reliable.

• Use Jira or equivalent test management tools to manage test cases, defects, and QA activities.

Experience & Academic Requirements

• 2-3 years of industry experience in the Software Quality Assurance Role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Experience working in any of the following sectors will be an advantage: – Software companies, Telecom, ISP, Banking, Mobile Financial Services (MFS), Enterprise systems.

• Hands-on knowledge of test management tools and QA processes.

• Strong proficiency in automation tools and automated scripts (Selenium/Playwright/Cypress)

• Strong API testing knowledge.

• Knowing CI/CD tools is a plus

• Having professional certifications such as ISTQB (preferred but not mandatory).
