We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced EGP & Tender Expert with strong expertise in power plant tendering to support engineering, procurement. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of *EGP procedures, NGO tenders, and end-to-end tendering practices in Bangladesh, along with exposure to **international sourcing activities*.

### *Key Responsibilities*

* Manage and support international sourcing and supplier coordination

* Review and assess technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and vendor documentation

* Coordinate closely with procuring entities, EPC contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders

* Assist in procurement planning, technical bid evaluation, and vendor selection processes

* Travel anywhere within Bangladesh as required for project and tender activities

### *Required Qualifications & Experience*

* *Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory)*

* Minimum *2–3 years of practical experience* in EGP and tender-related functions

* Previous involvement in *power plant projects* will be a significant advantage

* Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting capabilities

### *Preferred Skills*

* Excellent communication skills in both *English and Bangla*

* Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines
