We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager – Marketing with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B or industrial marketing. This role is focused on client acquisition, market expansion, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the Dhaka market.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective marketing strategies

Identify new clients, projects, and business opportunities

Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Prepare marketing reports, proposals, and presentations

Coordinate closely with sales, technical, and project teams

Support branding, promotional, and business development activities

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering)

2–3 years of experience in marketing (industrial or B2B experience preferred)

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets

Good understanding of the corporate and industrial market

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
