∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechatronics Engineering
∎ Educational qualifications will be flexible if the candidate have vast experience in Sales & Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Leadership, Negotiation Skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Searching prospects and generating leads.
∎ Contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, by email, and in person.
∎ Projects visits on regular basis to develop new customers as well as retain existing customers to ensure the achievement of individual and overall company sales targets.
∎ Preparation of Daily and Monthly Customer contract plans and implementation of the same.
∎ Regular Project/Market visits, meeting with prospective customers, and generating new customers.
∎ Quote customers as per their requirements, follow-up and make the lead to PO.
∎ Hitting monthly targets, building and maintaining a relationship with clients and prospects.
∎ Handling customers' questions, inquiries, and complaints.
∎ Collect and analyze data and prepare sales reports.
∎ Build and maintain a CRM database along with professional networks.
∎ Identify potential market/projects/ clients along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Monitor existing competitors' activities and compete accordingly.
∎ Periodical Report Generation and Presentation.
∎ Any other job assigned by Supervisor/Management related to the role.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
