Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): CNG, Gas, CNG Conversion, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

• Bachelor/Honors

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electro-Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): CNG, Gas, CNG Conversion, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

• Oversee day-to-day operation of CNG compressors, dryers, storage cascades, dispensers, gas pipelines, and control systems.

• Monitor operating parameters, including pressure, temperature, flow rate, and compressor load to ensure optimal performance.

• Ensure uninterrupted gas supply and safe dispensing of CNG to vehicles.

• Coordinate with gas distribution companies (Titas/Karnaphuli/JGTDSL) for supply and pressure-related issues.

• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.

• Conduct routine inspection and overhauling of:

  1. CNG compressors (reciprocating/screw)

  2. Gas dryers and filters

  3. High-pressure valves and pipelines

  4. Pressure relief devices and safety interlocks

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-based faults and ensure quick restoration of service.

• Maintain proper lubrication schedules, spare parts inventory, and maintenance tools.

• Conduct regular safety drills, leak detection tests, and emergency response simulations.

• Ensure calibration and functionality of gas detectors, pressure gauges, fire alarms, and firefighting systems.

• Maintain all operational, maintenance, safety, and incident records; prepare technical reports, audits, and compliance documentation as required by regulatory authorities.

• Assist in the installation, testing, commissioning, and decommissioning of CNG station equipment.
