• The Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex, large-scale projects from concept through CA, especially in project coordination, finishing works and quality control.

• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, architectural design/structural design and analysis/coordination software.

• The "Soft" Skills: Exceptional communication skills. You must be able to negotiate with a Lead Designer and a Structural Engineer/ Project Engineer in the same hour and keep them aligned.

• Detail-Oriented: A passion for how things go together—you enjoy the "puzzle" of technical integration.

The Role

• We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Project Architect to serve as the vital link between our Architectural Design Team and our Project Engineering/ Management divisions.

• In this role, you won’t just be drawing; you will be the "Lead Translator." Your mission is to ensure that visionary design meets rigorous engineering standards and project timelines without losing its soul. You will oversee the synthesis of complex systems, ensuring that structural, MEP, and management requirements are seamlessly integrated into the architectural fabric.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Team Synchronization: Act as the primary point of contact to resolve conflicts between architectural design intent and engineering constraints (Structural, MEP, Civil).

• Design Integrity: Safeguard the design vision throughout the technical documentation and construction phases.

• Technical Oversight: Lead the production and review of construction documents, ensuring high-quality detailing and code compliance.

• Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify "differences" in the design process and facilitate collaborative problem-solving sessions.

• Management Liaison: Work closely with Project Managers to align design milestones with budgets, procurement schedules, and site constraints.
