Experience:

• At least 7 years

• A bachelor`s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized national or foreign university.

• A master`s degree in business (MBA, MBT, MBM, MPM) from a recognized national or foreign university is an added advantage.

• At least 7 years

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred; IEB (Institute of Engineers Bangladesh) Full Membership or P. Eng certification is an added advantage.

• Over 7 years of relevant experience, including more than 3 years in the multinational and telecommunications industry, and over 5 years in management roles within the construction industry.

• Experience in project management, planning, and execution is an added advantage.

• We are currently looking for an energetic professional, with the potential to be a leader for the following mid-level position in the Project Coordination department in Centre of Design Excellence (CoDE) Division of EDOTCO Bangladesh Co Ltd.

• Coordinate with NTCs (8 countries) globally to manage telecom network and site infrastructure plans and projects in line with Group Engineering and CODE objectives.

• Drive CODE objectives and processes to maximize organizational efficiency.

• Lead efforts to maintain building and structure integrity.

• Achieve capex savings, unified design standards, and faster site delivery.

• Promote continuous R&D across NTCs to reduce steel dependency and develop greener structures.

• Improve management of passive infrastructure assets, aligning with international safety, efficiency, quality, and environmental standards.
