Responsibilities & Context:

A Country Manager will be responsible for managing all sales and marketing operations in KSA. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets

  • Identify, create, and develop new market opportunities
  • Support and lead company products sales, growth and continuous cost & quality improvements in the business in KSA market
  • Manage all sales related activities covering setting and strictly monitoring of sales targets and ensures accurate delivery of products in all sales channels
  • A key part of the role will be to produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis
  • Responsible for transforming the operational efficiency in meeting the customer's expectation in terms of timely delivery, quality & satisfaction.
  • To lead a team to identify and solve any sort of problem.
  • Maintains close contact & effective liaison with different govt./semi-govt./private organizations on various issues related to company's business.
  • Promotes and develops sales to meet or exceed goals.
  • Keep up-to-date with all organizational changes and business developments.
  • Any other task assigned by the management
