Responsibilities & Context:
Marketing & Sales Support
Implement marketing plans & strategies to achieve sales targets.
Support sales team in lead generation & customer acquisition.
Conduct market visits to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pricing & competitors.
Collect and analyze market data & customer feedback.
Identify new markets, products & promotional opportunities.
Promotion & Branding
Execute promotional campaigns, product launches & events.
Assist in branding & advertising activities.
Coordinate with vendors for printing, digital marketing & promotional materials.
Support social media, online & offline marketing initiatives.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients & distributors.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints & after-sales support.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals & agreements.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly & monthly marketing reports.
Update customer databases and maintain proper documentation.
Track marketing activities and results.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with sales, accounts, production & logistics teams.
Communicate market feedback to management for decision-making.
