Experience:
Work closely with Sales Representatives (SRs) to execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans in assigned territory.
Develop market coverage by increasing numeric and weighted distribution of mosquito coil products.
Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets, including proper shelf display, POSM placement, and stock rotation.
Monitor SR performance: route compliance, outlet productivity, strike rate, and sales target achievement.
Identify new outlets (retailers, wholesalers) and ensure successful onboarding and regular ordering.
Support SRs in order booking and collection, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up with distributors.
Execute trade promotions and schemes at market level and ensure correct communication to retailers.
Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing, schemes, new launches, and consumer preferences.
Resolve market issues such as stock shortages, damaged goods, retailer complaints, and payment delays.
Train and guide SRs on product knowledge, selling skills, and objection handling.
Ensure proper reporting of daily sales, market visit reports, and competitor activity.
Coordinate with Distributor / Dealer to maintain optimum stock levels and smooth secondary sales flow.
Drive sales growth by increasing per-outlet sales, expanding assortment, and improving repeat purchase.
Maintain strong relationships with key retailers and wholesalers in the territory.
