Allure Leathers produces and sells premium leather footwear, sports and synthetic footwears across Bangladesh through a national wholesale network. We are seeking energetic Regional Sales Managers to drive volume, visibility, and relationship management in assigned territories under the guidance of Zonal Managers/Head of Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage wholesale accounts within assigned region: dealer onboarding, order booking, and credit handling
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for designated products and price bands
Monitor distributor performance and ensure route coverage
Conduct regular market visits to track stock movement, competitor activity, and POS feedback
Execute trade promotions, visual merchandising, and display execution at dealer level
Coordinate demand forecasting and order fulfilment with factory and logistics team
Prepare territory reports, outlet mapping, and competitor benchmarking
Report to Zonal Sales Manager/Head of Sales with actionable field insights
Assigned region within Bangladesh
