• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Engineering

• Bachelor’s in Leather Engineering, Footwear Technology, or related field

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear, Group of Companies

• 3–5 years’ merchandising experience in men’s leather footwear

• Additional Requirements:

• Sound understanding of footwear construction, costing, and T&A tracking

• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

• Strong Excel and documentation skills

Allure Leathers designs and produces premium leather footwear for the domestic market. We are seeking a Merchandiser to manage product timelines and coordination across men’s sandal, casual, formal, and semi-formal shoe lines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate product development to production flow for Men’s footwear range

• Maintain T&A plans; follow up with PD, production, QC, and procurement teams

• Track sample and production approvals, BOMs, and costing accuracy

• Ensure style-wise material availability and production readiness

• Handle client/internal communication regarding design, approvals, and deliveries

• Monitor order status, solve bottlenecks, and ensure timely output

• Maintain records for styles, samples, and production sheets

• Coordinate with marketing and retail to prepare for launch.

• Factory – Ashulia, Gazipur//Head Office-Niketan, Gulshan, Dhaka.
