• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Engineering

• Bachelor’s in Leather Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear, Group of Companies

• 7+ years of QC/QA experience in a footwear manufacturing environment

• In-depth knowledge of leather properties, upper-making processes, and finishing quality standards

• Additional Requirements:

• Strong leadership and troubleshooting ability

• Familiar with inline QC tools, AQL standards, and rejection analysis methods

• Hands-on experience with documentation, reporting, and process audits

Allure Leathers manufactures premium leather & synthetic footwear for the local retail and wholesale market. We're seeking a QC/QA Manager to lead quality operations across the production floor, ensuring process consistency, material conformance, and end-product integrity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end quality operations for cutting, stitching, lasting, finishing, and packing units

• Implement and monitor SOPs for in-line and final product inspection

• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and initiate corrective actions with production teams

• Inspect incoming leather, soles, adhesives, and components for quality conformity

• Maintain batch-wise quality records, audit trails, and rejection logs

• Train line inspectors and operators on inspection standards and checkpoints

• Ensure adherence to internal specifications and brand quality requirements

• Conduct fit and wear test validations before production approval

• Coordinate closely with production, PD, and merchandising teams for quality alignment

• Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and capability)
