• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Engineering

• Bachelor’s in Leather Engineering, Footwear Technology, or relevant discipline

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear, Group of Companies

• 7+ years in footwear product development at a factory or buying liaison office

• Strong technical knowledge in pattern making, outsole tooling, and materials

• Exposure to men's, women's, category. Both product categories preferred.

• Additional Requirements:

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Comfortable working hands-on in factory environment under tight timelines.

• Ability to use Adobe Illustrator or pattern grading software.

• Familiarity with sustainable materials or construction techniques is a bonus.

Allure Leathers is a growing leather and synthetic footwear manufacturer serving premium local clients and wholesale market. We're looking for a PD Manager to lead product development across men's and women’s footwear categories. This role requires hands-on execution and team supervision in a fast-paced factory environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage footwear product development lifecycle from concept to production-ready samples

• Collaborate with design, costing, merchandising, and production teams to align on specs, timelines, and feasibility

• Transform tech packs, design inputs, and market trends into viable sample output

• Supervise sample room execution and troubleshoot material or construction issues

• Ensure timely development of fit samples, sales samples, and wear tests

• Coordinate closely with pattern makers, mold suppliers, and last developers

• Maintain detailed documentation on revisions, iterations, and sample feedback

• Liaise with brand teams, QA, and merchandisers for development alignment

• Support sustainability and cost-efficiency goals during development
