Allure Leathers produces and sells premium leather footwear, sports and synthetic footwears. We are hiring two Zonal Sales Managers to oversee and grow our wholesale sales operations across Bangladesh. Each ZSM will be responsible for half the country’s territory, leading a team of Regional Sales Managers and driving dealer performance.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead regional sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets across zones
Develop and maintain wholesale dealer networks, appoint new distributors where needed
Plan and execute zonal sales strategies, product launches, and seasonal line pushes
Monitor territory-wise performance, product-wise sales, and credit control
Travel regularly to key markets, resolve escalated issues, and strengthen field discipline
Coordinate with logistics and factory teams to align dispatch and delivery timelines
Provide input into pricing, assortment, and promotional planning based on market intelligence
Coach and evaluate RSMs to ensure territory growth and brand visibility
