Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on study abroad options, universities, courses, and destinations

• Make outbound and inbound phone calls to prospective students to provide guidance and follow-ups

• Assist students with application procedures, documentation, and admissions follow-up

• Provide guidance on visas, scholarships, and pre-departure processes

• Participate in promotional marketing activities, including video shooting and short informational videos for social media and digital platforms

• Maintain regular communication with students and parents

• Achieve counseling and enrollment targets

• Coordinate with partner universities and internal teams

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Education, Counseling, or related field preferred)

• Strong communication skills (verbal and on-camera confidence preferred)

• Comfortable with phone-based counseling and student follow-ups

• Basic understanding of social media or promotional content creation is a plus

• Student-focused and result-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
