Greeting and welcoming visitors and students in a professional and friendly manner

  • Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls politely and efficiently

  • Making follow-up and promotional phone calls to prospective and existing clients

  • Providing basic information about company services to walk-in clients and callers

  • Managing appointments, schedules, and visitor records

  • Maintaining the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and presentable

  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing couriers and documents

  • Supporting administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping

  • Coordinating with counselling and marketing teams for smooth operations

  • Participating in promotional video shooting for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns
