Job Context:

R.B Agro Industries Limited is a leading feed producing company engaged in manufacturing and marketing high-quality poultry, cattle, and fish feed. Our Cherish Feed is well established feed all over the country. We sell our products through an extensive dealer network and provide continuous farmer care services, including the supply of Day Old Chicks (DOC) to support sustainable farming.

Job Responsibility:

·  Plan, supervise, and execute sales and marketing activities in assigned areas

·  Develop, manage, and expand dealer and distributor networks

·  Lead and monitor sales teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

·  Promote poultry, cattle, and fish feed products effectively in the market

·  Maintain strong relationships with dealers, farmers, and key stakeholders

·  Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and prepare sales reports

· Ensure proper farmer care services and after-sales support
