Additional Requirements

  • Age: 22 to 38 years

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Marketing (student-focused campaigns preferred)

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and website analytics tools

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools for student lead management

  • Excellent communication, content creation, and copywriting skills

  • Familiarity with video marketing (student testimonials, campus videos, reels, webinars, virtual events)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to promote education consultancy services and study abroad programs

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising

  • Analyze market trends, student behavior, and country-wise demand to optimize marketing efforts

  • Generate high-quality student leads through digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

  • Optimize landing pages, lead forms, and ad creatives to maximize student inquiries and conversions

  • Implement and monitor retargeting campaigns to nurture prospective students

  • Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

  • Oversee content creation such as blogs, student success stories, videos, reels, and infographics to build brand trust

  • Engage with prospective students and guardians online and respond to inquiries promptly

  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other digital tools

  • Prepare regular reports on ROI, lead quality, engagement, traffic, and conversion rates

  • Integrate digital marketing campaigns with CRM systems for effective student follow-up and counseling support

  • Monitor online reviews, student feedback, and reputation management across platforms.
