• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, budget allocation, and funnel optimization.

• Familiar with GTM, Conversion API, and event tracking setup.

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver consistent performance.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Executive for Khulna to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, understands audience behavior, and knows how to turn ideas into measurable results across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed competitor analysis and market research for client campaigns.

• Develop complete marketing strategies and sales funnels aligned with client goals.

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve measurable performance.

• Manage additional ad platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads (𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐬)

• Track campaign metrics CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, Leads, Conversions, and optimize accordingly.

• Make data-driven decisions to scale campaigns effectively.

• Collaborate with creative and content teams for high-converting ad visuals & copies.

• Implement tracking solutions Pixel setup via GTM, browser-side, and server-side tracking.(Preferred)

• Prepare performance reports and deliver campaign insights to the management team.

Job Requirement:

• Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role

• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and paid ads

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CMS platforms, and email marketing tools

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and content-writing skills

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
