The candidate should be Graduate / Masters in any discipline; preferably MBA (Marketing)

  • Must be able to work under pressure      
  • The incumbent should be self -driven, hardworking & willing to work mentioned job location areas


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Achieving total level value & volume target area-wise and ensuring optimum products distribution & visibility
  • Performing primary sales order management and verifying secondary sales
  • Preparing periodic sales report and analyzing performance against program to determine their effectiveness
  • Monitoring distributors' stock, ensuring timely payment from distributors and receiving claim adjustment
  • Ensuring coverage and availability as per the norms & resolving problem at immediate subordinate & out-level
  • Training the Sales Officers in their daily activities and communicating all the promotional schemes to the subordinates, retailers and distributors
  • Setting monthly target territory/area wise
  • Searching of new good distributors/Depot for gap market.
  • Collecting good Sales Officers
  • Attend meetings as required
  • Supervise & physically attend promotional activities & ensure regular field visit to achieve company’s goal
