Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to connect with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and recommend Brandify’s services—such as digital marketing, graphic design, web solutions, and more.
Build rapport, follow up professionally, and convert leads into satisfied customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer questions, resolve issues, and deliver excellent service at every touch-point.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client on-boarding and retention.
Stay updated on company services, promotions, and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent qualification (any discipline)
Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or client servicing
Basic knowledge about Digital Marketing & Facebook Marketing added advantages
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently
Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
