Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to connect with prospective and existing clients.

  • Understand client needs and recommend Brandify’s services—such as digital marketing, graphic design, web solutions, and more.

  • Build rapport, follow up professionally, and convert leads into satisfied customers.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Handle customer questions, resolve issues, and deliver excellent service at every touch-point.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client on-boarding and retention.

  • Stay updated on company services, promotions, and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification (any discipline)

  • Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or client servicing

  • Basic knowledge about Digital Marketing & Facebook Marketing added advantages

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills

  • Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently

  • Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
