Responsibilities & Context:
1. Digital Content & Social Media Management
• Content Calendar Execution: Fully manage and execute the monthly social media calendar. Ensure all educational posts, student testimonials, and course announcements are scheduled and published across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Brand Engagement: Actively monitor all social media channels. Provide instant responses to comments and messages to build brand trust and maintain high engagement levels.
• Community Growth: Monitor digital trends and suggest content tweaks to increase organic reach and follower loyalty.
2. Lead Generation & CRM Readiness .
• Lead Funnel Management: Track all incoming inquiries from social media ads and organic posts. Categorize and prioritize "Hot Leads" for immediate conversion.
• CRM Integrity: Maintain 100% accuracy in the CRM database. Ensure every prospective student has an updated status, follow-up date, and accurate contact history.
• Sales Conversion: Proactively engage with prospects via calls or chats to explain course benefits and successfully guide them through the enrollment process.
3. Online Program Operations
• Virtual Classroom Command: Take full ownership of the virtual learning environment (Zoom/Google Meet). Manage student admissions, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure every class starts with professional excellence.
• Resource Digitization: Transform raw teacher lectures into "Premium Student Notes." Proofread, format, and upload PDFs and MCQ banks to the Learning Management System (LMS) immediately after each session.
• Student Onboarding: Conduct digital walkthroughs for new enrollments to ensure they can navigate the portal and access academic resources without friction. 4. Performance Tracking & Analytics
• Ad Monitoring: Work with the marketing team to monitor the quality of leads coming from paid campaigns and suggest improvements based on conversion data.
• Market Benchmarking: Regularly analyze competitor platforms to ensure our digital strategy, content quality, and pricing remain industry leaders. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
• Conversion Rate: Success in converting digital inquiries into paid admissions.
• Content Consistency: 100% adherence to the posting schedule without delays.
• Note Accuracy: Zero linguistic or formatting errors in published study materials.
• Response Speed: Maintaining an average response time of under 15 minutes during operational hours. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• The "Multitasker" DNA: Proven ability to manage a live digital session while simultaneously updating CRM logs and responding to sales inquiries.
• Tech Mastery: Expert proficiency in Meta Business Suite, CRM tools, Google Workspace, Zoom, and basic design tools (Canva). • Communication Excellence: High-level English and Bengali proficiency (written and verbal) is mandatory for professional note-making and sales.
