• Age At most 30 years
• Only Male

• Create strong bonding and maintain long-term professional relationships with agents and sub-agents.

• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing agents.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents in different districts.

• Conduct field visits to existing and potential agents when required.

• Ensure smooth coordination between agents and the admission team.

• Provide agents with regular updates on university requirements, visa policies, and deadlines.

• Resolve agent queries and operational issues efficiently.

• Manage and handle the company Facebook Page for agent communication.

• Create, post, and monitor updates regarding partner universities, intakes, commission offers, and deadlines.

• Respond to agent inquiries via Facebook, Messenger, and WhatsApp.

• Share promotional materials and official updates with agents digitally.

• Collect and maintain agent database (location, contact details, capacity, monthly potential).

• Monitor application flow and performance of each agent.

• Salary Review: Half Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2
