JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a high-performing Head of Admissions & Business Development to lead our growth engine. This role is a hybrid of Strategic Sales, Academic Counseling, and Institutional Partnerships. You will be responsible for filling batches, managing IELTS registrations, and expanding our footprint through B2B and corporate collaborations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Lead Conversion: Manage the full sales funnel—from responding to digital inquiries (Facebook/WhatsApp) to conducting one-on-one professional counseling that secures admissions.

• Target Achievement: Define and hit monthly enrollment targets for IELTS, Spoken English, and Corporate programs.

• Campaign Strategy: Conceptualize creative marketing hooks and promotional offers (scholarships, seasonal discounts) to drive high-quality leads. .

2. Strategic Partnerships & B2B

• Institutional Outreach: Establish IELTS registration hubs and training partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities.

• Corporate Sales: Pitch and close "Business English" workshops for corporate organizations and HR managers.

• Networking: Collaborate with educational influencers and subject matter experts to boost brand authority. 3. Program & Workshop Management

• Event Execution: End-to-end planning of high-conversion webinars, offline seminars, and demo classes.

• IELTS Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for British Council/IDP registrations, ensuring zero error documentation and test-date management for students.

• Course Innovation: Research market trends to introduce new modules like Public Speaking or Interview Mastery.

4. Operational Leadership

• Data Management: Maintain a flawless CRM database and follow-up calendar to ensure no lead is ever dropped.

• Quality Assurance: Monitor faculty performance and gather student feedback to ensure premium service standards. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

• Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads/workshop attendees converted into paid students.

• Revenue Growth: Increase in B2B contracts and premium course enrollments.

• Lead Response Time: Maintaining a near-instant response rate for online inquiries.

• Registration Accuracy: 100% error-free IELTS exam coordination.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Proven track record in Educational Sales, Business Development, or IELTS Management.

• Tech-Savvy: Expert in Meta Business Suite, CRM tools, and Google Workspace (Sheets/Drive).

• Communication: Exceptional persuasive skills in both English and Bengali.

• Mindset: A "Detail-Oriented" leader who can multitask between live operations and long-term strategy.
