Responsibilities & Context:
Counsel guardians regarding Kiddoz programs and learning solutions for children aged 6–12 years.
Understand each child’s educational needs and recommend suitable programs.
Present Kiddoz products/services professionally and clearly to prospective parents.
Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and events.
Convert inquiries into successful enrollments to achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with parents throughout the student lifecycle.
Coordinate with academic teams to ensure seamless onboarding of enrolled students.
Keep updated records of leads, counselling sessions, and enrollment status in CRM.
Participate in promotional campaigns, school events, and parent engagement activities as required.
