• Age At least 25 years

• Lead and mentor the development team; ensure code quality using Git (GitHub/GitLab)

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using modern technologies

• Build applications using frameworks such as React.js, Node.js, Angular, or Laravel

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs / GraphQL and handle third-party API integrations

• Customise and manage LMS platforms such as Moodle, TalentLMS, or similar systems

• Develop LMS features like course management, user roles, assessments, and reporting

• Integrate LMS with external systems (payment gateways, CRM, ERP, etc.)

• Manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and optimize performance

• Configure and maintain servers (Linux, AWS, Azure, Docker, Nginx)

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage deployment processes

• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimisation

• Ensure system security, scalability, and reliability
