We are looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our business operations with a strong focus on corporate and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and managing end-to-end sales and distribution activities.
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing & Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing corporate clients such as event organizers, seminar and conference planners, concert and show organizers, political program coordinators, hotels, and business institutions. The role requires actively seeking out new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with clients who require bulk water supply for events, meetings, and hospitality purposes.
The candidate will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to order confirmation and delivery execution. They will maintain complete oversight of customer accounts, pricing, and order history, ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth transaction processes.
A key part of the role involves coordinating with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, while also maintaining real-time knowledge of stock availability through close communication with the production team. The manager must ensure that all client requirements are met efficiently without stock shortages or delays.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining all sales-related accounts and documentation independently, including tracking payments, outstanding balances, and client records. They will also prepare and submit daily delivery and sales reports to the General Manager, ensuring transparency and performance tracking.
Additionally, the role includes planning and executing marketing initiatives, including digital promotion, corporate outreach, and local branding activities, to strengthen market presence and generate consistent business growth.
