• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT solutions, SaaS products, and software services.

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets through effective client acquisition and retention.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, eCommerce businesses, and service users.

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate leads through outreach, networking, and digital channels, and convert them into customers.

• Product Presentation: Present, promote, and demonstrate IT products, SaaS solutions, and software services to prospective clients.

• Needs Analysis: Understand client requirements and recommend tailored IT solutions to close deals effectively.

• Proposal & Quotation: Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements based on client needs.

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.

• Outdoor & Field Activities: Conduct client visits, meetings, and field-based marketing when required.

• Team Coordination: Work closely with technical, support, and project teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• CRM & Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and prepare regular sales reports.

• Training & Support: Provide basic product guidance, onboarding, and support to clients when needed.
