Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets

• Identify and communicate with potential individual and institutional investors

• Present investment proposals and close sales deals

• Maintain client pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups

• Promote and sell hotel & resort investment shares

• Conduct client meetings and field visits when required

• Make outbound calls and follow up via phone, email, and messaging platforms

• Convert leads into confirmed investors

• Handle client queries and objections professionally

• (For Assistant Manager role) Supervise and guide tele-sales team

• Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for campaign execution
