- Age At least 45 years
Minimum 20 years of professional experience in the Metro Rail or Railway industry.
Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure or rail projects as a Project Director / General Manager / Project Manager.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with international contractors or consultants will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and manage the overall operations, planning, and execution of metro railway projects.
- Ensure project delivery within schedule, cost, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project owners, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
- Provide technical leadership, strategic guidance, and resource management.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular performance and financial reports.
- Oversee procurement, subcontracting, and contract management activities.
