Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with the Operator for maintenance & repairing schedule;
∎ To MMS prepared by Contractor;
∎ Training of the Operator’s staff, improve Operation and Maintenance Manual.
∎ Interface management;
∎ Inventory Control for spare parts and consumables;
∎ Setting in position a computerized defects and failure analysis and documentation system, based on FMEA principles for all systems, sub-systems and components
∎ Coordinate with the Operator for maintenance and repairing schedule as per Engineer’s instruction;
∎ Input maintenance activities and controlling of spare parts and consumables in stock
∎ Ensuring a timely availability of spares, tools and consumables materials with a low-level inventory.
∎ Preparation and submission of maintenance records;
∎ Efficient supervision of the maintenance, overhaul and repair activities of maintenance staff to ensure high quality work and productivity.

∎ Schedule control of maintenance; Inventory Control for spare parts and consumables;
∎ Shall perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule
