Job Responsibilities:
∎ Scheduling patient consultations as per own schedule
∎ Assessing patients and identifying their challenges
∎ Engaging in discussion with patients and making them feel comfortable
∎ Implementing individualized treatment programs
∎ Organizing a long term counseling plan that involves multiple visits if needed
∎ Keeping a detailed account of patient’s mental health history
∎ Offering both one-on-one and group sessions
∎ Evaluating patient responses to treatment over time
∎ Closely work with performance management team to resolve attitude and behavioral Issues of officials in regards to performance
∎ Maintaining professional knowledge and technical progress in order to provide patients with the best treatment program available
∎ Any other relevant task if required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy will add value
∎ Training in Group Therapy will add value
∎ Good Diagnostic and problem solving skills
∎ Exceptional interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent written and verbal language efficiency in both Bengali and English
∎ Good observational skills and attention to deal
∎ Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with patients
∎ Highly analytical mindset
