Responsibilities & Context:
Utilizes GSD/ACE software for operation-specific data and time calculations, enhancing production efficiency. Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control.
Making costing SMV for order pricing.
Making production SMV for order execution.
Analyze historical costing date to forecast future cost and set benchmarks.
Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
