∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement, Steel, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute to team effort by achieving sales target within the assigned Territory/ Area.
∎ Regularly visit Clients/ Engineers/ Customers and Corporate House to generate demand of KSRM products.
∎ Maximize cash sale and organize Dealer/ Clients within the company given credit limit & duration also must convince Dealers for Bank Guarantee.
∎ Find out potential customers & bring them under KSRM umbrella.
∎ Plan, forecast and implement sales strategies according to management instructions.
∎ Monitoring and proposing for the installation of project signboards or other advertising equipment across the assigned area.
∎ Timely credit realization & necessary arrangement for overdue.
∎ Ensuring proper delivery discussion with Delivery Department and Clients.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Settle customer queries and complaints according to formatted instructions with the help of Quality Department.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications & establishing personal networks.
∎ Ensuring the result oriented visit and emphasize customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare Daily Visit Report (DCR), Weekly Report, Monthly Itinerary (Tour Plan) and sent to the Superiors & Sales Administration Department.
∎ Prepare analytical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing market information.
∎ Ensuring proper use of marketing promotional items with documents.
∎ Sending Scan copy of Deposit slip to update the party ledger.
∎ Look after Project Bill Boards, Billboards and other advertising equipment properly and cleanly.
∎ Finding out branding opportunity at assigned area.
∎ To inform to the superior about the activities of other competitive steel companies, area trends, pricing etc.
∎ Participate in company's promotion campaigns and marketing projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Applicant should have Pleasant Personality, Honesty, Smartness & Hardworking ability.
∎ Have the courage to travel extensively within the country as per company requirement.
∎ Good Communication & Negotiation Skill and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.).
∎ Must have excellent Communication Skill in English & Bengali.
