Corporate Law, Labour Law, Land and Legal
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Represent the company in legal proceedings.
∎ Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
∎ Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
∎ Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
∎ Monitoring legal risk in land documentation and giving the correct advice to clients
∎ Managing regulatory and compliance-related services
∎ Representing the clients in purchases and sales of properties
∎ Defending municipal code litigation
∎ Ensuring that suitable approvals are prepared before property transactions are carried out
∎ Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
∎ Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
∎ Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong negotiation skills
∎ Analytical skills and the ability to make sound judgement
∎ Technology and software knowledge
∎ Time management and organization
∎ Verbal and written communication
∎ Client development and customer service skills
∎ High attention to detail
