Job Context:
∎ • Responsible for generating revenue from corporate business, maintain strong client relationship, providing efficient services to clients & assessing credible group clients.
∎ • To achieve sales target focusing new business.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Assists in the procurement of the best value insurance coverage and related services at the best prices for both Global and Local Insurances.
∎ • Achieve sales target of corporate business as assigned by management.
∎ • Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels-campaigns, branch walk-ins, referrals from existing customers.
∎ • Generating new business by identifying potential customers via sales promotions and presentation to companies.
∎ • Maintains & promotes good company relations with clients, brokers and members.
∎ • Ensures timely communication and response to inquiries from employees and employed groups.
∎ • Develop growth strategies and plan for procuring new businesses.
∎ • Effectively managing all the activities related to insurance programs and contracts, and ensuring control over insurance documents issuances, and document evidence compliance.
∎ • Analyze end to end journey of Group Life and Health and suggest mitigations required to grow the business.
∎ • Following industry trends locally & internationally.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Candidate will be recruited in seniority of Executive & above; however, seniority of the candidate will be finalized based on his/her competency.
∎ • Age maximum 35 years
∎ • Sales & marketing job experience in the Insurance industries/Bank/NBFI in home and abroad will get preference.
∎ • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English & Bengali.
∎ • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
∎ • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
∎ • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
∎ • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
∎ • In depth knowledge of diversified Life Insurance Business like, Group Insurance Bancassurance & Alternative Distribution Channel etc. and well conversant in relevant regulatory policies, guidelines will get added advantage.
