Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Inventory/Warehouse
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Doing QC on indexing, uploading and ensure 100% accuracy of final output.
∎ Meeting daily target and project deadline.
∎ Ensuring timely attendance of team members.
∎ Every end of month must be submitted report of Target Vs Actual and cost analysis.
∎ Project costing and budget preparing.
∎ Submitting daily project update (including productivity, attendance, absenteeism, problems, etc.) to Project coordination in detail.
∎ Supervise operations and records team.
∎ Provide necessary coaching and guidance to the team.
∎ Ensure project closure inclusive of complete documentation and execution of final customer acceptance.
∎ Ensures security, confidentiality and preservation of records.
∎ Work with user departments on special information research and retrieval to ensure that all information needs are met.
∎ Get involved with staff recruitment, training, evaluation & development.
