• Feed Mill Operation

• Practical experience in operating Famsun Machine.

• Technical knowledge on electronic control systems for mechanical equipment.

• Understanding of wiring schematics, electrical drawings, circuits and computer programming.

• Practical experience in Microsoft (Word, Excel, power point) & email correspondence.

The incumbent will be responsible for handling day to day control room related work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Control the central control room automation system to ensure a smooth production process.

• Operate various equipment in certain process such as grinding, mixing, batching, Drying/cooling and Bagging/packaging.

• Implement shift-wise production planning to achieve desired targets.

• Handle all kinds of operations safely according to plant operational procedures to ensure an error-free production process.

• Calibrate and troubleshoot any kinds of automation, power and building interface systems.

• Conduct emergency operations for electric service and protecting plant equipment.

• Maintain shift-wise register record for future documentation.
