Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Continental Chef to join our team and prepare lip-smacking dishes for our customers. The primary responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing first-class dishes. If you have experience with great and advanced cooking techniques, we would like to meet you! Ultimately, the chef will be responsible for preparing and delivering a complete menu to our guests.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes within the specialist section
∎ Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
∎ Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
∎ Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
∎ Maintain health and safety management
∎ Maintain food hygiene practices
∎ Monitoring portion and waste control
∎ Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
∎ Maintain and handling utensils, equipment and dishes properly
∎ Handle and store ingredients and food in proper manner
∎ Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
∎ Monitor station inventory levels
∎ Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers
∎ Modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
