• Experience in content marketing, social media management, or SEO writing.
• Good understanding of SEO best practices for blog posts.
• Basic design skills using Canva (essential).
• Ability to write clear, persuasive copy in Bangla and English.
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO and social media publishing.
• Strong research skills for finding ideas, keywords, and competitor insights.
• Organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
• Team player with solid communication skills.

• Experience with eCommerce (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, etc.).

Work Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Bangladesh Time) | 1-hour break

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄: We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who can help plan, create, and manage all kinds of marketing content—including video scripts, social posts, and SEO-friendly website blog posts.

Your goal will be to deliver engaging, informative, and conversion-focused content that helps Gliztech attract and serve global eCommerce clients.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Plan and research content topics for video, blog, and social media.
• Write clear, engaging video scripts and outlines for YouTube and social channels.
• Help coordinate and publish video content with the editing team.
• Write high-quality, well-structured SEO blog posts for our website.
• Research and use target keywords for better Google rankings.
• Design basic infographics and social media visuals in Canva or other tools.
• Conduct market and competitor research to find new content ideas.
• Manage publishing schedules across YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and the company website.
• Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and quality across all content.
