𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio or samples required).
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Camtasia, or similar editing software.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Ability to add text animations, overlays, motion graphics, and branded elements.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to deliver professional-quality work.
• Basic English and Bangla communication skills.
• Organized and dependable with the ability to handle multiple projects.

𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞-𝐭𝐨-𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞

• Experience editing tutorials, screen-recorded explainers, or marketing videos.
• Familiarity with eCommerce-related content.
• Ability to create thumbnails and simple social media graphics.
• Understanding of YouTube channel management and optimization.

Work Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Bangladesh Time) | 1-hour break

We are expanding our content marketing team to produce professional, engaging videos for YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels to educate, attract, and convert customers.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

We are looking for a talented Video Editor to join our team and produce high-quality, engaging, and professional videos.

You will help transform raw footage, screen recordings, voiceovers, and ideas into polished content that clearly explains eCommerce strategies, showcases our services, and strengthens our brand.

Your work will help Gliztech connect with sellers and businesses globally by delivering clear, attractive, and compelling video content.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Edit videos for YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Shorts/Reels, and other platforms.
• Work with screen recordings, voiceovers, and live-action footage to create clear, professional tutorials and explainers.
• Add branded motion graphics, titles, lower-thirds, transitions, and callouts.
• Perform color correction, audio cleanup, sound balancing, and music selection.
• Create engaging short-form edits optimized for social media.
• Ensure consistent style, branding, and high production quality across all videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on planning, ideas, and revisions.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
