Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in English Language Literature
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Creative content writing, Digital Content Development, Good presentation skill, Have excellent knowledge on MS Office ( Word
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ideate, plan, write, edit, proofread, publish, and promote content across different platforms.
∎ Ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, quality, tone of voice and aligns with the brand guidelines.
∎ Design and deliver engaging content on the company's Sustainability, CSR, and Compliance projects through social media.
∎ Work closely with front end teams to understand customer's thinking patterns and create the content based on the customer needs.
∎ Stay up to date with evolving communications and content best practices.
∎ Regular evaluation of the content quality.
∎ Support on various ad-hoc projects and any other related tasks that may be required or assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge in SMO and SEO.
∎ Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills; culturally and socially sensitive.
∎ Ability to work inclusively and collaboratively with others.
∎ Strong time management skills with an ability to plan and prioritize.
