∎ Skills Required: CAD, Pattern, Sample and Merchandising (Production/ Sewing/ Finishing, Cutting Floor etc.)

Job Context:
∎ Lintas Bangladesh Co. Ltd. is a well reputed European lingerie company, is currently going through a major expansion in its production/Operation, looking for only well skilled in Lingerie Garments product professional in for the position of Manager-Consumption Checking-Lingerie Product.
∎ Job Location: Adajmee EPZ, Siddhirganj, Narayanganj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers' orders/styles using CAD.
∎ Develop and implement CAD standards and organize the CAD environment.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Verify & check the patterns to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
∎ Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge on CAD file format (dxf, aama, rul, mdl, wds, boke)

∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Work experienced in CAD/Patter section only in Lingerie.
∎ Minimum 06 to above years' experience in Lingerie.
∎ Please don't apply who has not received experienced from CAD/Pattern in Garments sector.
∎ Having experience in Semi /Large Lingerie factory.
∎ Able to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment.
∎ Should have strong communication skill in English.
∎ Having good knowledge on computer
