• Experience with textile or spinning mill projects preferred

To lead and manage the full on-site execution of a spinning mill construction project, ensuring timely, safe and high-quality completion of all civil and steel infrastructure, including machinery foundations and industrial floors.

• Oversee all day-to-day construction activities on-site

• Ensure project completion on time, within scope and budget

• Supervise construction of machine foundations, RCC floors, and utility setups

• Review and enforce quality, safety, and compliance standards

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and machinery vendors

• Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders

• Monitor and report on project progress and risks

• Manage contractors, labor teams, and site resources

• Verify contractor bills and control project costs

• Ensure efficient material usage and minimize waste
