Experience with textile or spinning mill projects preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
To lead and manage the full on-site execution of a spinning mill construction project, ensuring timely, safe and high-quality completion of all civil and steel infrastructure, including machinery foundations and industrial floors.
Oversee all day-to-day construction activities on-site
Ensure project completion on time, within scope and budget
Supervise construction of machine foundations, RCC floors, and utility setups
Review and enforce quality, safety, and compliance standards
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and machinery vendors
Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders
Monitor and report on project progress and risks
Manage contractors, labor teams, and site resources
Verify contractor bills and control project costs
Ensure efficient material usage and minimize waste
