Experience in garment industry, with specific knowledge of outdoor gear (sleeping bags/hammocks) being a plus.

To lead and ensure 100% implementation of social, technical, and environmental compliance standards in line with Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (and 2015 amendments) and international buyer Codes of Conduct (COC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Management: Prepare the factory for announced and unannounced audits from buyers and third-party bodies (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, GRS).

• Legal Compliance: Ensure full adherence to local labor standards regarding wages, working hours, health and safety, and welfare facilities.

• Corrective Action Plans (CAP): Review audit histories, prepare CAPs, and ensure the implementation of arising non-compliance issues.

• Liaison: Act as the primary contact for external bodies like the RMG Sustainability Council (RSC) or NIRAPON.

• Training & Development: Conduct regular training for workers and mid-level management on fire safety, chemical handling, and labor rights.

• Health & Safety: Oversee workplace conditions, including air quality, noise levels, and the provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
