∎ * Bachelor/ Honors/ BBA from any reputed institution.
∎ * Candidates having Diploma in Social Compilance from any reputed institution will be given priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant on RMG/Textile sector in Bangladesh.
∎ • To prepare factory for facing different audit such as BSCI, SEDEX, H & M COC Standard, social / ethical / environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.
∎ • Ensure 100% Implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and srom Bidhimala.
∎ • Ensure the factories always prepared / ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, Technical/ Quality Assurance Audit & Security System Audit (GSV)
∎ • Sound Knowledge of compliance requirements of Accord, Alliance, BSCI, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001: 2015 Oekotex, SEDEX, WRAP, GSV
∎ • Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted.
∎ • To ensure Fire, Health & Safety issues are in order.
∎ • To monitor training/awareness on regular basis.
∎ • Communicate with BTMA, BTTLMEA, BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ • To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Compliance Audit, Complience, HR and compliance, Safety compliance.
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments, Textile.
∎ • Minimum 7-8 years' experiences in a 100% export oriented textile/garment industry.
∎ • Have experience in facing audits conducted by 3rd party auditors.
∎ • Must have knowledge about 'Bangladesh Labor Law', Bangladesh Labor Rules, CoC of different buyers & audit firm.
∎ • Well informed about update requirement of Social Compliance.
∎ • Fluent in writing, reading and speaking in English.
∎ • The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ • Must have good interpersonal and analytical skills.
∎ • Must have very good on MS office application.
Salary: Negotiable
