Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
∎ SA 8000 Basic and Advanced certification BSCI Auditor Training certification.
∎ Proven experience in conducting BSCI, Sedex, WRAP, and brand COC audits.
∎ Strong background in quality audits and technical compliance.
∎ Training in ISO 9000 or any QMS (Quality Management System) training.
∎ Ability to deliver capacity-building training and empowerment programs for customers.
∎ Extensive knowledge of social compliance, fire safety, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure compliance with local laws, international regulations, and organizational standards.
∎ Perform quality audits to uphold factory compliance standards.
∎ Provide training on customer-specific capacity-building programs and empowerment initiatives.
∎ Oversee and follow up on RSC (formerly ACCORD) progress issues and compliance-related matters.
∎ Train factory management and workers on compliance, labor laws, and sustainability practices.
∎ Lead grievance investigations and ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
∎ Support quality management systems and compliance improvements.
∎ Ensure compliance with local laws, international regulations, and organizational standards.
∎ Perform quality audits to uphold factory compliance standards.
∎ Provide training on customer-specific capacity-building programs and empowerment initiatives.
