∎ Diploma, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion Designing
∎ Diploma or Degree holder in Fashion Design or Garment technology, pattern making or related discipline

∎ Very fashion-forward, proven experience in product development within the fashion/garment industry
∎ Sound fashion sense with the ability to envision and interpret future market trends for customers
∎ Experience in 3D garment designs with a proven portfolio of previous work
∎ Familiar in using Browzwear 3D design software,
∎ Well-organized, self-motivated, dynamic, result-oriented problem solver and able to work under pressure
∎ Proficiency in both written and spoken English
∎ Familiar in tools such 3D modeling software (Blender, Maya, ...)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop captivating 3D simulations of garments (all apparel categories). All simulations should ensure the designs realistically mimic fabric behaviour and fit, while adhering to technical specifications.
∎ Utilize a deep understanding of garment construction, including knowledge of fabric properties, draping techniques, and pattern making, to maintain high-quality standards in the final output.
∎ Constantly work with the team on initiatives and projects to enhance simulations and ultimately work towards enabling holistic e2e processes across all product categories.
∎ Craft 3D simulations that effectively highlight the product's features and design intricacies, and prepare engaging presentations for stakeholders.
∎ Accountable for overseeing the full spectrum of the design and product development lifecycle.
∎ Continuously explores the latest trends and advancements in design and textile technologies.
∎ Collaborates with partners such as the merchandising, fabric, and QA teams to ensure the virtual product meets customer expectations and needs.
∎ Manage a portfolio of design projects and innovation projects, guaranteeing they are delivered on schedule and meet quality benchmarks.
∎ Partner with the team to devise innovative designs, transform concepts into detailed 3D models, and validate design practicality.
∎ Engage with technical teams to convert 3D designs into tangible products and offers insights during the sampling phase.
∎ Introduce new 3D design methods, technologies, and materials to drive innovation.
∎ Solicit feedback to refine design processes and suggests enhancements for efficiency and precision.
∎ Keep abreast of industry progressions and incorporates best practices to sustain a forefront position in innovation.
